Don't buy beds from this company or any outles selling their beds, they give a warranty but don't honor it.
I bought a Curlon King bed set at the end of November 2022 from the Spingfield branch, 3 years later the mattress sunk making very uncomfortable to sleep. I emailed pictures and my complaint to Tanya twice, no response. Disgusting service, I will NEVER buy from them again, nor will I buy the Furn Bedding brand as they also say 10 year warranty but want these useless people to contact them, they won't even get back to me so how does that work Furn Bedding?
I ordered my Fibre on the 12th December, installation was done 7th January, today is the 21st January, after numerous calls and messages on Facebook and emails I am not connected. I called the installer vumatel and they have no record of that the equipment has been installed, what a circus. Your calls don't get answered, emails not answered at mweb, they keep escalating but nothing gets done.
