Installed aluminum windows and doors, the installation got delayed with no reason or explanation. The installation eventually got completed but I was not supp**** with a glazing certificate, I have no reached out to get it, with no answers to me emails, calls or WhatsApp's.
We rented a vehicle with reference number: 629343546. The vehicle was collected 2 Jan 2020 and returning it the next day. First issue we had was with the radio which kept on beeping, we were told the vehicle is new and we need to just enter the activation key after 100 beeps. Fine that was done. In the morning when we had to drive to the airport, car would not switch on. We called emergency services which took forever to respond to us or give any kind of assistance as a consequence we missed our flight. They came to collect the car but left us stranded saying the driver is on the way to collect us which also took 3 hours. Eventually when the driver arrived, he said he couldn't get to us and we should walk for 20 odd minutes while dragging luggage bags to get to him. Still destitute we made an effort to get to the driver. When we eventually get to the branch they said they cant do anything about our missed flight or our costs we incurred due to a car that was faulty electronically. My partner had to take an uber so that we at least don't miss the flight. To add insult to injury we then get a call asking when we are returning the car and also receive an invoice of which has not been explained. We have tried calling the head office on numerous occasions to no avail.
