shocking

Extremely poor service and the waiters have bad attitudes. I am a frequent flyer and this is about my third time. It feels the hygiene, food and staff has gone backwards every time. Hard to take a place with plastic cutlery serious. They have coffee in the name and even the cappuccino milk is burnt not steamed properly. Shocking food. Just really poor overall.
