Private life discussion.
Good day, To whom this may concern. Kindly assist in this matter. I placed a add on face book regarding a job. A few days later I received a call from Nova Life insurance company. 31 Beacon Road Florida Roodepoort Johannesburg. This lady introduced her self,the following was discussed. Work experience. School. Grade passed. After schools certification. I told her that I'm not interested in the job as I did this beforehand and did not like it. Call was ended. This took place on 5 th of February 2019. On the 6th of February my daughter was collected by her father as we are no longer living together. The father called me aside following took place. Dad:what **** am I telling people that, 1. I'm a single mommy. 2.He does not provide for his daughter. 3.Me as her mom is supporting her on my own financially. 4.That he ain't part of her life. To my shock I asked him, who told you this? Dad:The lady who called you for the interview from Nova Life insurance company her name is Deandre. My concern: 1.Who gives her the right to disclose private information. 2.How does he know all the above information from the person who called? On this day I went to their office, the lady who made the call is off site. Managers came to see me, as I requested my record from this call. He said I must give them 2 days to sort this out. Yesterday I received a email. That has got Nothing TO DO with my problem. 1. They said that they heard recorded call for a position and that it's no longer available. 2.That no unexpected visits are allowed from me. 3.I did went there to follow up with regards to my personal information being discussed with people who is no longer part of my life. I'm not going to leave it there. Who gives her the right to do this? Kindly assist me. Regards. T.

Unhappy client, misunderstanding.
<p>To whom it concern.</p> <p> </p> <p>In september 2016 I went to a gyncologist professor for a consultation in the consultation he discovered that I had a infection in the glads off the cervical.I had to go for a Letzz procedure.(Old medical aid)</p> <p>1/11/2016 I joind discovery and declared the operation.Discovery gave me a 1 year waiting period.Which I was happy with.</p> <p>So I was on the elimination process to find out what the cause is to my constant infections.</p> <p>I then went back to the gynecologist where we took out the mirena.R3000 waisted.</p> <p>The next step was the urologist 13/7/2017.</p> <p>He booked me into theatre so that he could do a check on the bladder,then he found my tubes that connects to kidneys and bladder are blocked and had to open them.</p> <p>As I do know that authorization is needed after I left the urologist 13/7/2017 I called discovery then did then send a letter for motivation to the dr.</p> <p>I paid the medical bill cash for the operation on 17/7/2017.</p> <p>I did not get authorization from discovery due to dr saying its been a problem for six 6 years.In the notes the dr wrote in motivation letter.As this was my first consultation with this Docter.</p> <p>Yesterday 19 July discovery called and said that im no longer a member of discovery because I did not declare it on application form when joint.</p> <p>I didnt think its my bladder but this is what caused the pain and discomfort.</p> <p>Im really not happy and it's a fortune I pay for the plan I'm on.</p> <p>What is the next step?</p> <p>I was even considering a hysterectomy on my age of 29.</p>
