Disappointing Service at Mac Automotive Airco in Selby!

We had bought a freezer from Mac Automotive Airco in Selby on the 13/10/2018. The compressor was fitted into the freezer and only worked for a couple of weeks, by mid/later October the compressor stopped working. We then returned it to the shop and we were told they will have to test it and all. They informed that they’ll call to let us know when we can collect it, about a week or two went by without a call and we decided to go to the shop to see what’s going on. The manager informed my dad that there is no guarantee for the compressor and so forth. We were never informed upon purchasing it does not have a guarantee even on the invoice it’s not stated. I’m really disappointed at the service we received. It’s been years buying and returning things that aren’t working and being able to exchange them. I’ve been told we can’t exchange the compressor yet it never lasted. I will never recommend that place to anyone because of their poor service rendered to me.
