Manager tries to do sales & sells tiles as floor and wall tiles but then its incorrect and wont exchange tiles for correct tiles. She then forces to charges handling fee after she has sold wrong product to customer
Today is 31 December 2022 and still i have not got my number back and vodacom has yet to call me !!!! Vodacom has no respect for customers and services to them !!! After more than 20 years of being a loyal customer you have deleted my number and caused me a lot of head ache in my business and banking and everything linked to that number over 20 years !!!! I have had my cell number for more then 20 years , a loyal customer of vodacom and i went over seas on business and when i returned they have deleted my number . This number has been registered and reca as they always requested. I am losing a lot of business as this number has been mine for this many years . Now it would cost me lot of money to go and change my number on a lot of adverti*****t boards. Vodacom has not been helpful at all , i have been in branch and on call with call centre , every agent gives different wrong information and still i am without my number. <p>I had 4 contracts with vodacom i moved 2 to prepaid in dec 2016 and the other 1 in march 2017.Then vodacom sales gives me a call and offers migration on my other business contract line and misleads me by telling me it will cost cheaper, i called and spoke to manager they confirmed on recordings that vodacom mislead me and that the issue will be resolved, it has now been 3 months later and i still get billed more for the 1 line as when i had 4 on contract. and now suddenly you cut my business line after i have been your customer for 20 Years, and after all it is Vodacom whom made the mistake and now my business is suffering beacause my land lines have also been stolen and i dont have any call access. I have had no sucsess from vodacom so you leave me no other option but to take this further and if my line does not get connected it 24 Hrs i will take this to all the social media platforms and newspapers.</p> <p>I am still waiting on signed proof that i gave permission to migrate my line to this contract.</p> <p> </p> <p>regards shawn</p>
