Kip Mc Grath reap off

<p>My niece is in grade 12 and attended extra lessons for Maths and Accounting at Kip Mc Grath PE since February 2017.  Her accounting mark got from bad to worse. I contacted Kip Mc Grath Head to give them a notice of cancelation of the extra lessons after the 2nd term as the extra lessons are not doing any good for her performance. Her marks are not getting better they are just deteriorating. </p> <p>We registered her in November 2016 and got discount of early payment . We paid +R16 000.00 in advance for 10 months  for both subjects.   Now I've been told by the Head of Kip Mc Grath in PE that I won't be getting a refund for the cancelled lessons as they don't do refunds for lessons not attended. </p> <p> This is day time robbery and a reap off for a centre that doesn't even deliver.  Their registration form doesn't indicate any of this and I was never informed of such a clause.  I wouldn't have registered her with them if I knew of such a clause.</p> <p>I will never recommend them to any one. </p> <p> </p>
