Worst service ever

I took my tablet in to telkom a month ago to get the screen repaired on the insurance i took out by them i got one sms 2 weeks after i handed it in to say they got it but nothing else i have gone to the branch in my town and they are all playing dumb sending me from number to number i also tried to upgrade now three times at my branch but thay never have stock of any telephones they advertise
