WhaT can I do as they are deducting R1999.00 from my account and there is no where where I can terminate this subscribtion. This seems to be a scam

Please note potential tenants
<p>I rented a cottage from Mrs S Mclauchlin for a year outside of Krugersdorp near the Sterkfontein Caves. ( Cave View Cottages) Please take care as she is notorious for not returning deposits and making a quick buck from her tennents. I have now been balltling for 3 weeks for her to return my deposit. She keeps me responsible for so called damages but I have offered her my assistance to repair the places where the were paintings but she ignored my pleas completely. Now she deducts 5 litres of paint, enough to paint the entire cottage, and labour from my deposit. I am referring this to the small claims, but the frustration and annoyance and time wasted with unreasonable landlords </p>
