3rd time I was buying from them and the LAST!!! I have been waiting for my order since 17.12.25 and every single time after waiting for no less than 15mins on the line I get told “your order hasn’t been shipped” we have a lot of orders! That time I PAID for the 2-day delivery service! I honestly dislike businesses that compromise good service when they grow! Respect the people that got you to where you are!! So disappointed
Policy number- AFFB632596 So disappointing!! The vehicle is still not repaired after two months!! It’s story after story. Affinity seriously needs to do better!!
After the delivery guy cancelled my order in attempt to keep the order to himself, Mookgo (McDonald’s Eastrand value mall) assisted me with tracking him down via customer care and prepared another meal for me which got delivered without hassles. Truly outstanding service.
I made an order on 12/06/2024 via the KFC app which was then cancelled due to a wrong delivery address. I was sent an sms with ref number/order number, advising that the refund will take 7-14 working days. Nothing till today! I called to follow up and I was advised that management will contact me with 24 hours, nothing till today! KFC, I need my money back.
This new app does not work on old smart tvs and it has been having a loading error for the past week on my iPhone. What am I subscribing to exactly? Errors?

I stay at Comet Oaks, unit 151 and since moving here in October 2020 I ALWAYS get charged strange amounts when I purchase electricity. I lt started with a R100/R150 here and there then increased to R200-R350! We were advised by Alec Massel that we should inquire with the municipality (because mos it’s easier to pass the buck); contacted the municipal office with no luck as they ignored the calls and hung up on the ones they did answer. This charge has now gone up to R550…. !R550! Is being charged from my purchases while our unit owes nothing! @ Alec Massel, why did we pay R1500 in April for “meters”? where are they? And why am I know spending SO much more in electricity since you guys introduced them? @Bodacious, how can a SERVICE FEE for purchasing electricity be R100/ R150/ R250/ R350/ R550?? I need answers and I need them soon!! I also want ALL the units for all that money that I have lost thus far!

I was charged for a trip that THEIR DRIVER cancelled! And because those were my last funds I was stranded and couldn’t go home. Thank goodness nothing happened to me! They are sending me useless messages of how ill get MY money back after two weeks! What crookery is this? Why can bold reverse the funds immediately but Fancy Uber can’t? I’m so ****ed!!!!
