Lesson learned- don't use Stonehenge marble and granite

<p>when I was remodeling my kitchen our designer used Stonehenge for our kitchen tops. Stonehenge came to do the measurements and when they came to install the island was measured incorrectly and had to be redone. Honest mistake but they were arrogant and blamed it on the designer. (But as they came to measure themselves it's not the case). They wanted the designer to change my cupboards to fit the top.&nbsp;</p> <p>We were not able to do that. They had to make a new top at their cost. The designer only got 1 excuse after the next. And that is when I stepped in to call the owner to see what was going on. You will not believe what he did. He blamed his other client not paying him and that was the reason he could not give me what I payed for as he did not have funds. I could not use my kitchen and was dependent on him to finish. It took 2 weeks for them to fix a mistake they made. He&nbsp;keeps making promises he cannot keep and blames his staff and clients for poor service.&nbsp;</p> <p>My kitchen is 2 months old and where they joined my tops the "glue" is coming lose.&nbsp;</p> <p>I am so disappointed with the work done and just wanted to inform the people out there not to make the same mistake I made.&nbsp;</p>
