This company does not have the experience and qualification to facilitate agreements between Clinic owners & staff. a Placement company that does not even physically meet & interview beauticians before they send them for an interview to practices can not positively recommend candidates for such placements. With these high placement fees and costs we as business owners can not afford to be introduced to candidates that are not a good match for our practices. I do not recommend this company to other practices based on the lack of qualifications and s****. . No HR qualifications could be provided.
This company gives different prices on all their platforms and and to their different spa's selling their products, they have no national price line in retail outlets and the brand sells their range on their own SA website for lower than what their skin outlet pays. Over and above the miss-conduct; their outlets are not helpful when it comes to complaints, "I have bought in a Spa in Atlantic Seaboard". The products did absolutely nothing for my skin after I bought the whole range. Once I started feeling cheated by their actions and price differences I saw so many spelling mistakes on the Derca website and on the products I bought. They are pretending to be such a professional company but left everything questionable. This situation is so difficult to gasp as you as the retail outlet charges tripple the price than the brand's own online shop. Makes you wonder what are really in those products when you see what they charge for them online. How must the outlets make money, do they even know this? Daylight robery !!!!
