Braun - Don't ever buy any of their products

Do not buy ANY products by german company Braun, who makes shavers, electric toothbrushes etc. I bought a Braun S9 Pro a couple of years ago and now I am in need of a head replacement. You can't get any. Braun South Africa says out of stock and we don't know when stock will arrive. Then I write to Braun in Germany (It's owned by Procter & Gamble...go figure) and they are telling me to contact Phoenix Distribution in South Africa and they told me the same...no stock and no idea when stock will arrive. Don't buy ANY Braun products.
