What a terrible experience my mom and I had here, they are quick to get your R5000 deposit but you'll go though hops to get it back, the held us there for an hour forcefully trying to register us on to there website "new app" they hardly know how to operate. They made us drive all the way to the bank to get a bank latter to get a re-fund. How easy it was to swipe our card but spent over 4 hours to get it back, mind you we need to wait 14 more days. The stuff is scread to call the Manger for help if it's the bold guy I understand his super rude. Thank God we didn't buy a car there imagine the paperwork mess we would get ourselves into. Never going back there shame!!
Yesterday after I decided to support local artists and buy hard copies, asking for help to find Cds from your stuff at 3 Rivers was hell, I swear its like I went to drag them from their homes to help me find CDs. Didn't fin what I was looking for so I opt to buy Jayz CD and Dvd, but changed my mind about the Dvd. All hell broke lose I was asked why do I ask for the Dvd if am not going to buy it. I replied that I change my mind. She went on to say I must just pay for the CD before I change my mind. I looked her and walked out. Never seen such behaviour in years. And this is why Musica will die from the digital. Pap customer service.
