I went to Beerhouse Fourways on Sunday to grab a quick meal. My friend ordered a portion of ribs and I was told there was only one portion remaining when I tried to order one. When we finally got our food, the ribs were HOT and literally tasted like chili sauce. We called the waiter and the manager took the ribs away, apologized for his chefs mistake and replaced her meal. Shortly afterwards, the table next to us were served ribs...? So I went over and asked them how they were - surprise surprise they were drenched in chili too. I asked the waiter if they had served and recycled the same plate of ribs we had eaten and sent back to the kitchen!!! I asked the manager if I could see the ribs we sent back and he couldn't show me where he had thrown them away. I insisted that he goes through his trash and shows me our ribs but he couldn't find them??? So here we are - Beerhouse is recycling food that has been sent back and serving it to innocent customers. Were we the first people you served them to? Can we trust the food that comes out of your kitchen? Sies on you and your attitude.
