Bad business ethics

This so called estate agent,rents properties to people with false pretenses , he is not a registered agent,he gives quotes to home owners for reperation that is required on there leased properties and once payment is made he uses cheap labour and keeps the rest of the monies payed to him. He has been accused for stealing lessee's belongings,enters properties without consent,makes up ridiculous excuses to not pay deposits, he is just untrustworthy, I urge anyone that has dealings with this person to stay clear, he is dishonest and a cheat.he resides in kwambinambi in kwa zulu natal and runs his business from there
