My 3 week experience with E & E Key cutting was horrific. Firstly, Eddie Jansen van Rensburg told the dealership that he would cut an electronic and manual key for my Mercedes C200. Wasted 6 full days of my time by simply not pitching for our appointments. My diabetic wife waited 3 full days, he never pitched. The following week again 3 full days, where she missed an appointment at the clinic for her illness. Secondly, my E-tag mysteriously disappears and got changed with his old, dirty, cancelled E-tag. Upon discovery of this, I had to drive into town to cancel mine and discover that it was used at the Carousel Toll Plaza. I again drove to the Carousel Toll Plaza and got the footage of Eddie Jansen van Rensburg's car, using my E-tag! When I confronted Eddie, I got a lame explanation. I received a sms from Eddie stating that I should never contact him again. From my experience I feel this Company betrays, are not trustworthy, is unethical, can not deliver and please remove your E-tag before handing over your car!
