Worst experience I have ever had with a company in my life! Initially it went well with quotation and correspondence. After final payment, communication was close to zero with turnaround time for responding days. My furniture was outsourced to a company and then transferred to another company midway. My furniture arrived almost a week late, tenspite me asking them when it should be collected in order for it to arrive by a certain date. My furniture is damaged. The company was not accountable or accomodating during the delay. Don't use this company. In addition to what I paid them I had 15k additional expenses from guesthouse fees, car rentals, added fees on their side on final invoice etc etc. Do not use them!
I visited PnP hyper today (15/09/2017) and was firt of all very disappointed with their clothing department. It was very unorganized with many empty spaces and bundles of unfolded items. I decided to rather visit the PnP clothing in Noordstad at a later date and proceed to get snaks. I saw an special price tag in the chips aisle that stated the Simba, lays and Doritos were on special: 3 bags for R36. I took 3 bags of lays and proceed to the till. After paying I immediately realized I did not pay a special price for the chips and enquired from the cashier whom called the supervisor. The lady acting as supervisor did not greet us nor introduced herself and stated that we needed to take one of each brand. I explained that I misunderstood and wanted to exchange the chips. She told us that it was already a done deal and that we had to go to the exchange counter. This meant we had to q at the exchange counter and again q to pay for new items at an cashier. She did not offer to walk with us, to help with the process or to show us where the exchange desk is. I told her that I felt this was bad service and walked away in disgust. While I was walking away the staff laughed out at my comment, loud enough for me to hear and even gave a few comments towards me. I aproached a manager standing at the exit and explained what had happened and that I feel this is unexplainable, he left to speak to the supervisor and returned with the comment "its sorted". I don't know what he "sorted as I still had the wrong chips, with no refund or apology from the rude staff. I decided to not argue further and to just leave with the goods I had even though I payed almost R20 more than anticipated. I feel that not even the manager could help with my issue and two lines of superior staff members were involved. From now on I will rather visit any other store since I have the luxury of living in a city. I am a little disappointed since if been a loyal customer ever since I've left my parents house.
