Timberland won’t replace, repair or refund broken shoes that are still under warrantee. The keep saying the issue is with Head office. It’s illegal to hold a customers money and shoes and not give an answer as to what you intend doing about it almost a month later!!!!!
I've had a terrible experience from the start with Floors Direct. Worst attitude from Christopher (Sales) and Management have not made any efforts in repairing the issues we have with poor workmanship. They will promise to repair but they don't. They don't do their own installations. They use subcontractors that don't know what they are doing. They rushed my job and messed up the floors so badly. They didn't stick down the floors properly before skirtings and then the floors were lifting and bubling. Then they remove and damage the skirtings to stick down the floors and put the damaged skirtings back! They cannot cut a straight line so the finish is horrible and the floors don't line up from the one room to the next. They refuse to meet me on site when convenient for me to discuss the problems. Beware!!! they charge you 100% upfront, so you have no recourse whatsoever!!!! Today, their phone numbers are not available! They don't respond to emails and messages!!
