I app**** for a R50 000 loan out of desperation for my son's studies and was approved, upon signing the agreement I was told to pay an insurance fee of R3850 because credit score was a bit low, I paid it, then I was told to pay a clearance fee of R4500 to release funds, I paid it! I was promised to receive funds immediately, nothing! I was then told I need to pay another 3700 for acceptance... Mind you all paperwork looks legit from cubic and African bank, I have proof with stamps etc. It's a ****... I unfortunately fell into it out of desperation

****! ****! ****! Do not! I repeat do not apply for loan! They approve you then ask for an insurance fee, then clearance fee to release funds and it just goes on and on and you never get it loan, instead you pay them! They prey on desperate people with low credit score and take your money!

Unhappy Customer
We bought a Restonic bed from Russells (Bluff) in June 2016. By September 2016 the base started making a terrible noise, to which we laid a complaint and Russells replaced the base. In August 2017 the base started making the same terrible noise again so we logged a complaint on the 14th August 2017 and no response until I called today (18th September 2017) to which I was told that they are out of stock and do not know when any stock will be arriving. So we are stuck with a bed that is making so much noise. Also, I noticed that the base is very flimsy while the mattress is thick and extremely heavy. Very unhappy Customers
