I wish there was an option to give zero stars. I should have read the reviews before entering into a contract with these people. Marx and Bester properties renders the worse service ever. They don't respond to your complaints. I have been staying in this unit for almost 3 months and the stove is not working. The agent, Morne, has no manners or people relations. He speaks to you as if you are one of his servants and not a paying tenant. He is disrespectful and swears at his tenants. I will definitely report him and the agency.
I have never experienced such bad service and attitude from flysafair like this morning. I have always made use of them and today was my 1st bad encounter. I arrived at the airport ready to check in. 1st problem was that my bag was too big for handluggage and it was too late to book it in. Which i completely understand. Then i decided to fly without the bag, gates closes at 06:55. As i make my way through security, i arrived at the boarding gate, they told me sorry ma'm the busses has left. Ok then can't you make a plan for another bus to take me to the airplane. No sorry ma'm. With a don't care act and does not even show any effort to assist me. Now i have missed my flight, don't get any refund, no more available flights for the rest of the weekend and if i want to change the dates of my flight i must pay R1800. I am so angry and disappointed
