Warning, Read This Before You Rent Apartment There
I am currently seeking justice with the Nationwide Housing Corporation, management here at Whispering Pines, and with the Caledonia Police Department. All who have ignored and denied requests to do something about my neighbor. She is well known around here for lying, harassing others, calling cops, etc. etc. etc. She lies to people and says I knock on the bedroom wall and that I've knocked on her door a lot to bother her and also that my dogs bark a WHOLE LOT. When they hardly ever bark. Makes false claims about them and me. Tried to pin me for abuse and neglect before too but it was a no go. Cops don't do anything with her, management here at Whispering Pines doesn't, neither does Nationwide Housing Corporation. She keeps trying to force me out using dirty tactics to try to get her way. She is real nice to people when they move in. Don't get taken by her. Better yet, don't come here because eventually you could end up on her hit list as I and some others have. She's rotten to your face, uses cops to harass, and is an all out nut. She is nice at first to you, but sooner or later you will find out she is not a good person, whether you are her next victim or just a bystander, you will find out. It is best if you don't come here. Also, the view inside some of the apartments vary. Some apartments have older type of carpeting, while others like mine have a different style of carpeting that is much newer and interesting.Also some apartments have different designs of floors than mine. Mine has fancier looking flooring as I think my flooring is newer as well than most. My friend has the original toilet in her bathroom while mine looks pretty new. I think they only replace things in here when they get too old and worn out and then they replace it with flooring and carpeting that is available at the time that they replace it. Probably why the apartments look so different than each other inside each one. But when something needs fixing, they come pretty quickly to repair it, so that's good.I would not recommend this place though.

Only Cares About Your Rent Check, Not About You
Nationwide Housing Corporation has ignored several requests by emails and letters as well as emails I have left for them on their contact page a few times over. I left 2 messages several months ago and 1 message recently. The one time I received a response was in recent time I contacted HUD to get a response from them, then I got a quick response from them in a letter sent through email by HUD, but not the one I wanted. Merri Miller, one of the regional managers at Nationwide Housing Corporation said that my neighbor committed no lease violations and therefore would not recieve any infractions (write ups). My neighbor lies alot about me and the dogs, she is known around here for harassing, especially me, though lately she has kept her mouth shut with me but I don't know when that will change again. She calls the cops a lot on people. She'll either overreact to the situation and make the story sound 3 times worse than it actually is when talking to the cops or she'll lie and call the cops. I figure she has probably called the cops on me several times over though they aren't out here to see me that much. My neighbor complains about people and to people, calls the cops on others when cops are not needed, lies, harasses, and is an all out nut at times. Cops don't do anything about her, neither does manager here at Whispering Pines Apartments here in Caledonia, Minnesota. And neither does the Nationwide Housing Corporation. Several times over I have made requests to all these places. Several times over, I'm ignored. But as I've mentioned, I did get one response after I contacted HUD to contact them, but of course, harassment is not a lease violation. Recently, after sending another few more emails, I was able to get hold of someone who is the Director of Property Management. She said she'd get to it as soon as possible. That was a few days ago, still waiting for a reply and sent another email reminding her in recent time of what I wanted. Nationwide Housing Corporation does not care about me, you, or anyone else here. If I were you I'd not do business with them and certainly don't rent an apartment here at Whispering Pines in Caledonia, MN because whether you are one of her victims or an innocent bystander, you will eventually find out how she is to people. The last cop who was at my door I hear is her friend, at least that is the word around here. She is really nice to the new people so beware because sooner or later she may turn on you. Nationwide Housing Corporation and Whispering Pines Apartments only care for the rent check. They don't have any feelings toward the people who live under their management. My suggestion is, just don't do business with this corporation or with Whispering Pines Apartments here in Caledonia, Minnesota. Save yourself, go somewhere else. I moved in in December 2015 and craving for justice. Moving to another apartment at this time would only reward neighbor's behavior as she been trying to force me out.
