NO TWO POT PAYMENT
I submitted my two pot on the 18th September it is now the 25th November and there is still no payment has been made.... i get no proper answer on what is actually going on. i was supposed to get it sorted last week and still no luck...I have to take time of my working day to continuously phone them because of this and guess what still no resolve.... They are so quick to take a premium but the moment they have to submit money back they don't want to do it... PATHETIC SERVICE AND HONESTLY I WANT TO CANCEL MY RA WITH THEM AND TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE

TWO POT NO PAYMENT
I app**** for my Two pot payout on the 18 September 2024 and to date 20/11/2024 I still have not received my payout. My Broker and Myself are completely clueless on what is going on as iv been told on the phone by a representative that all my checks have been done and approved and there was a system error and now it needs to be done manually.... ok so how long does something manually take ??? more then 2 weeks as i am the one who has to take time out of my day and sit on the phone for 20mins waiting to yet again be told nonsense. We were told that it will take 30 days to do payouts.... WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!! What is the point of all of this and actually doing it if you cant even do it properly and also not even giving proper answers as too why its taken over 2 months and still no ETA on your stupid emails you send me with emails that mean nothing. YOU ARE WASTING MY TIME....Its funny how all you are interested in getting premiums in but the moment you need to pay money in you take your time on.....PATHETIC SERVICE

the staff are rude unhelpful and have no respect
i phoned in because i need help for my husband i have someone on the phone who is so abrupt and short with me like they cant wait to get off the phone not to help this always happens where i dont get any help from you guys and i never wanna deal with you you guys are so impatient and actually dont want to help im sick of getting treated like this from a place who is meant to help this is by far the worst chemist open

money taken for unknown reason
I have no idea what this company is but I have a debit order go off my account for what I have no idea I'm so confused how all of a sudden never before can take money out of my account. for what? can never get hold of them don't know what they do or what they intend on doing with my money I WANT MY MONEY BACK
