I am so ****ed off
On August 25, 2023, we took the car to Jeorge's panelbeating in Midrand. He asked for money to buy parts plus 50% of the labour. He then said the job would be completed in a week, as the car was just damaged at the back. A week went by, and my car was still not fixed. On the second week, he requested another amount for parts, which I felt was ridiculous, as when a client brings a car to you, you assess the whole thing and then tell your client what is needed. I deposited the money even though I was not happy. We are now in the fourth week, and the car is still not complete. I had to look for another mechanic because he ruined my car. Right now, my car is not drivable; there is smoke coming out; it can't be reversed; it has stains of paint; and he poured oil, which is not correct for my car. Like, I am so ****ed. Imagine forking out $20,000 for your car to look as good as new, but it comes back worse than when it was taken to the panelists. Like, my car just needed panel beating, not machanic. He removed my battery to say it did not start. I was shocked because my car had been parked for almost 3 weeks without being moved, and it was taken to the insurance panellist to be fixed. It had no problems, and it was even driven from that company to him with no issues, but when it got to them, suddenly the car couldn't move. ****ed off is an understatement. I would advise other clients to get a paper, as right now I only have proof of payments. No agreement was signed with this stupid panellist that is run by a drunkard who drinks during working hours and overpromises yet does not deliver.

kak service and ****ty incompetent stuff
Wow i cant believe that i am here again complaining about bad service from the same store. Today i went to pep protea gle mall to pay my DSTV subscription only remembered when i saw Mathapelo( cashier) that helped me the last time i set my foot there but i was like let me give it the benefit of the doubt. I was helped by Ouma who made me to call out my ID 5th times because it seemed like she was struggling with the system. I did not mind that until she said she made a mistake as instead of making payment method as card she made it cash. Mathapelo then said i will have to go to an ATM to withdraw money as they already paid my account??. I said to her how is it my problem that i have to go to the ATM when its incompetent colleague that made a error???? she then said to me but they paid for me and calling multichoice to reverse the payment will be a hustle and her till will short with the amount she paid ?. I said ok i will go somewhereelse to make a payment then since they are failing to help me they said no you cant its already paid?. Ok since i still had other errands to run i decided you know what let me just go and withdraw money hao then the other chubby lady(dark/ curly hair do) said "e re re ho biyele bag o tla e thola hao boa"( lets keep the bag for you, you willl get it when you come back) i refused i told her how will they keep my bag for me when the last time when i lost my purse in their store i was given an attitude that the store does not have cameras????? she was like ok go with Ouma then. They even wanted me to buy sweets in order for me to make a payment??? LIKE PEP SA WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR STUFF, SUCH incompetency though Now i know to never ever ever set my foot there ever again. If my DSTV its not paid because of your incompetent stuff????

Appalling service
I went to pep at protea glen mall. I purchased 2 items and I also wanted to pay my dstv the lady( cashier Mathapelo) told me that they do not have network however referred me to pick and pay liquor as they are able to take payments as well. When I got to pick and pay I realised that my purse it's not in my bag I quickly rushed back to pep to inform the lady as that was the last place I used my purse when I was paying the cashier called the other lady who extremely disgustingly rude " she said how would she help me it's not her problem"angingeni dawo" to be precise Mathapelo should tell me that they don't have cameras... I just left the store wondering how can the whole PeP store not have cameras? YOUR STUFF NEEDS TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! U CANT JUST HIRE INCOMPETENT STUFF FOR SAKE OF SAVING, THEY DEALING WITH HUMAN BEINGS FOR **** SAKES. NO CAMERAS INCOMPETENT STUFF ????????????????????????????
