Contractor Company Name : RK Building & Renovation Contact Person / Liaison : Regards Kotze Mobile : ********** 280 Email : ********** && ********** ü Contract and His NHBRC Certificate Attached. Summary: Contractor had told my wife and I that the work would be completed and in the time frame we agreed with the quotation we signed. - Contractor changed his staff, as he was not paying them, which they ended up threatening my wife and I. - I have Paid him all the Money he asked, but he failed to deliver as the following was incompleted o Electricity, had paid him for this and he had not paid the electrician, of which I don’t have the COC and have to complete the work myself. o Plumbing, I paid him in full for this, but is incomplete o Damages, as a result of his guys working and damaging, tiles, fence, electric fencing, driveway o I have paid him for the Engineer Sign-Off and Slabbing, but have not yet received the Certificates for these o I have paid him for the windows in full, as per the window schedule in the Plan, and he did not deliver/install all as per the contract o I have paid him for the painting, (Primer & Top Coats for ALL new Walls) as per the quote breakdowns, and yet he has done nothing. o I paid for Rubble removal as per Quote, but I had to get rubble removed by myself. He & his Workers left my premises during April, taking with him all his tools, and leaving the work incomplete (brickwork, plastering, etc). I have been trying to contact him, but no answers or responses. I have then tried to start the work by getting my own guys to do the work. The Most important thing is all the Engineering Passes and Certifications i did not get, (Engineer, Slabbing, Electrical, Plumbing). He also has taken a lot more of our money, without delivering.
