I have/had a Capfin account of R3800 that Nimble group and i agreed on settling within 6months, agreed on paying R700 from July which totals to R4200 payment in total. They dibited on my account for a 6 months period then i was so happy that I have finished the account. Jiki Jiki I still owe another R1400 that i need to pay inorder for the account to be settled and Nimble to issue me a clearance letter. When and How did this R1400 came from...I am so dissapointed on them and I dont ever want to work with them anymore because i had thought they are helping me hence it was just a ****m. The lady that called promised me that after 6 months the account will be over and my calculations confirms that I had thought the remaining R400 was the interest but clearly they are crucks they want to charge R1800 interest this not fair at all.
Such a disappointment. Never going there again. The new owners are rude and have no compassionate for customers. When we raised our concerns he just dismissed us and just argued with everything. 😩
Thank you. My credit card was paid and the lady that was assisting me was very helpful.
I had a Private credit card with FNB which I was paying insurance for it incase unforeseen circumstances happen which includes unemployment, dying etc. The agreement was the FNB insurance will continue paying for the credit card. Then when I lost my job I immediately informed FNB of my situation of which they agreed to pay for the credit card that was 2020 till today they haven’t paid. The worst part FNB has sent my name to their lawyers for collection ?. I have been to the FNB branch several times to to try and resolve the issue over the phone but I’m not getting any help. This is frustrating as the lawyers are harassing me and this is jeopardizing my name. I am very disappointed as this is the big bank and I had been paying for my premiums every single month with no fail.
First of all they make empty promises they promised my brother a level higher than what he have they failed to deliver they kept on postponing. I paid R13 000 for my brother fees to study Health and Safety they only made him do 3 short course the one that is a core even now he hasn't done. I went and asked for my money back Jayden Sesssi which is the Executive manager promised to pay back the R 10 000 still owed to us by the end of month June even now he hasn't pay. He now ignores my calls and don't answer any messages from me. They don't stick to deadlines and thinks they can prey on Black people, take their money and don't pay it back. I am very upset and feel abused because my brother had to use the same money to pay somewhere that they can deliver but now we are just chasing a ghost.
