I had this wonderful interaction with Hlumela Gabile from My Debt Hero. This is after we contacted NCR and they had told my mom that she was transferred to a debt counsellor though all her accounts were fully paid for. It was so frustrating for my mother and so I stepped in. But after communicating with Hlumela on a numerous occassion, I am confident to say she knows how to deal with customers, even when they're frustrated. Infact, I was left more informed than before. -KUDOS to you Hlumela Gabile!-
Such a pathetic service. The waiters were NOT friendly AT ALL! We waited over an hour in this heat but was clearly sold a left over chicken from the previous day which was so cold, dry, chewy and we couldn't finish it. We have been to the other franchises and they're the complete opposite of what we experienced today. We clearly wasted our time and money. It's terrible. We are NEVER going back there again. Their service stinks.
I am among other customers that have been grieved by the pathetic service delivery from Zasttra.com . If 1 start was a minus value, I give them -10 compared to other online shopping platforms. Here's my story: I ordered a toy for my baby girl on their website and paid for it and included delivery. It's a pity since then, the status of my order shows as being processed. I raised a query within their website, take a guess what happens? NOTHING! No response whatsoever. I strongly would not recommend anyone to even think of buying the cheapest product from them. I'll be taking my case further.
I went to Lisa Bank to buy a car. Firstly, I was sold a car that had a tow bar and I was happy with it and the price. But when the deal was being finalized, they removed the tow bar because another customer who had already reserved the car by paying R2000 wanted the tow bar on another car he opted for. I tried to negotiate for a discount, since they removed the tow bar with no success. The manager I dealt with gave me no option whatsoever. Out of desperation and wanting to seal the deal, I then kindly asked to be compensated with a full tank (which is really nothing), they failed to meet my request. Now, since the car is financed through the bank, I owe them nothing (only the bank). They promised me a license disk and papers to change the registration plate. Since July 27th, nothing has happened. I always make the effort to call the salesman Willy who keeps on throwing me with the same lies "I'm sending the documents now now". I am very unhappy and I feel I have made a huge mistake by dealing with such concomitant people. I know customer service, what I've gotten from Lisa Bank and the staff is complete and utter nonsense. I will definitely go and drop this car there until all my requests as a customer have been met. And I'll spread the word about their service that stinks. Surely no customer should ever be treated like this... I'll take this matter further, thus for sure.
