GAME LANGEBERG MALL IS A DISGRACE... WAS my previous heading when I've loaded a complaint. HOWEVER, today I want to thank Adriaan Du Plessis, Floor Manager at Game, who turned my complaint into a huge COMPLIMENT! Adriaan, thank you for taking the time to investigate and to assist above and beyond OUR expectations! It is people like you that make people still believe in good customer service! If it was not for you, I would have never supported any Game store again! Please may you share the above to Adriaan! Thank you!!
I am higly dissapointed in Game Langeberg Mall! My sister bought an A6 Series 70" TV, paid R 10248, due to a promotion. Long story short, they've checked the TV and all was in order. However, the TV did not fit in their Fortuner and decided to leave the TV at Game to go back home and get the bakkie. After eventually getting the TV, it was NOT checked and they left, open the TV at home and discovered that the screen is cracked. Game Langeberg Mall does not want to accept any laibility, spoken to a very arrogant sales manager, Rikus Diedericks. Long stories and very rude! It was Game's responsibility to check the TV before dispatcing it to customer. I will take it further once I return from our holiday!!
Both Sabata Malobola and Shakera Mahomed are my heroes! Our client had an extremely traumatized ordeal; ******* and was held at gun point inside their home. Initially, the broker called me, complaining that we as Momentum cannot assist with all the client's requirements, i.e. car hire (both the spare keys and keys were taken) and we requested that the client obtained quotes for keys, etc. The client was still getting to terms to what happened and was feeling overwhelmed to get the claim sorted and had to deal with all requirements from our side. I have spoken to the team manager, Shakera and she assigned the claim to Sabata and assisted as well. Not only did they take full ownership of the claim, but exceeded my, and the broker's expectations. They've arranged everything for the client; upliftment of the vehicle, car hire, trauma counselling, etc. When the broker called the client and provided feedback, the client burst out in tears, she was soooo grateful for what you've done for her! The claim was sorted within 2 days... I cannot thank you both enough for what you have done! I truly appreciate it! You made such a big difference in our client's life!
Reamogetse, you are the best! I had the honor dealing with Reamogetse, late Friday afternoon and what a pleasure it was! Basically, the client (MT20339606) had an incorrect address on his policy, which was only realized when the client had a geyser claim. I called the claims' team and spoke to Rea. After a few minutes into the call, the line cut. I was frustrated, and was about to call back again, when Rea send me a Teams message, she is trying to reach me. Needless to say, Rea called me back, then called the broker, transferred the broker to the service team, rectify the address and then assisted registering the claim. Rea, kept me in the loop and notified me when the claim was successfully registered. Rea prevented a huge complaint and took responsibility, she did not had to phone the broker and assisted with the address, but she did! Rea, you truly deserve an award for your exceptional service and assistance. If it was not for you, I honestly don't know how I was supposed to sort the matter. You are simply the best and a GEM! Thank you for your hard work, commitment and excellence.
Zandre Crous has done it again! A claim (which was a complaint) was assigned to her when returning back from leave, today. In less than 2 hours the claim was finalized and paid! Zandre, you are a legend! All your colleagues can look up to you and learn so much from you! You are dedicated, motivated, awesome, the list can carry on... Thank you for always assisting!

So disappointed in Take-A-Lot I have ordered a "kids inflatable play center dinosaur swimming pool with slide & waterfall" on Black Friday. The item had a defect and I've returned it to Take-a-lot. Now, they refunded me, initially gave me two options; - Return the item to the supplier to fix - Refund The item has a 6-month warranty and they cannot replace it, although they said that they do not have any stock available anymore, which is not true, I have checked Take-a-lot this morning, and the item is still available. BE CAREFUL ON BLACK FRIDAY DEALS, OR ANY OTHER SPECIALS, THEY SEND YOU DEFECTIVE ITEMS, HOPING THE CLIENT WILL NOT RETURN THE ITEM!! I will NEVER order from Take-a-lot again, they are dishonest and fast to take your money, however, when it comes to service, they are non-existing!
