service with a smile
I have yet to have a bad experience with Monte Vista Pools. Jacki and team are great at returning calls, service with a smile which you can hear in her voice and are fast and efficient at delivering service. A big thumbs up!

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Bonitas have a CALL ME BACK option. I have tried this option many times to get an agent to call me back - no one has. Don't get me started on their app. They ask a client to select an option and when you do - the response is 'SORRY, I DID NOT UNDERSTAND.' I can honestly say having spent days trying to sort out an issue, understand how and why people get stressed and frustrated.
