Just Pave It Waverley Pretoria

I wanted to have paving done at my house by Just Pave It in Waverley (The Moot) Pretoria. I called the owner of said business and he pitched being heavily under the influence. He was smelling of alcohol and his eyes were bloodshot! He could hardly speak. I then told him that I am not interested. He started insulting me and was very aggressive! He then left. He called me the following day and demanded payment for a verbal quote. I just put the phone down! I have however now learned that this individual owns quite a few other clients money. He also drinks and assault people in pubs etc. I want to warn others about this agressive individual and the way he conducts business. I don't think he does business at all!
