Terrible experience with Owner/Management. Will never support
We booked a beachfront apartment on airbnb with Martin (the host). The host conveniently left out the fact that the apartment is on top of a bar pumping loud music till late. We have small children as the ad stated it is great for family's. The whole apartment vibrates with the loudness of the music. Absolute false adverti*****t stating there are ceiling fans and air-condition in the apartment. Stating it is fully equipt for a "luxury stay". The kitchen has a incredibly strong foul smell, we can't even cook in there. The state of the bathroom is not good. I do not recommend this place at all. Do not book *Beachfront Apartment in Camps Bay - 2 Bedrooms" from Martin the host.
About 2+ years ago I went to Absa to close my student account and create a new account. With that closing my student credit card and giving me a new gold credit card. The agreement was to to a recon and that only one account will be used. I have been receiving numerous phone calls from ABSA debt collectors about my student credit card being overdue. I asked the lady what is on my history (if any notes are made etc) she hung up. After the phone calls I receive an sms about my account being overdue. I go on my online banking, just to check, and no money is overdue. I phoned them back, giving my details and each time they apologize and say they see on the system that they must do a recon (which should have been done 3 years ago) and say that I must ignore the phone calls and sms's. Now this is impossible and becoming a disturbance. I do not understand how each time I phone back they apologize? why phone the first place??? Is someone not doing their job?? Today I have received an sms from BD attorneys abut the student credit card. This is pathetic service.
