We visited the farm a while ago and bought from their on special white wine for a friend. The friend returned some of the bottles because she claimed it was off. The winefarm collected the bottles from us and even asked for the banking details where they will refund us, but after more than 3 weeks of constantly phoning daily they have many excuses. But the worst is, when you phone the promise made from Terence and Vanessa were always, 'we phone you before 12h or asap today'. Which just never happened and when you phone back, the are not available or they have gone home already. I cannot believe that a well known company like Perderberg, cannot refund a client that is not happy. This is so unnecessary and terrible service. I will never ever in my life buy any Perdeberg Wines and will spread the word to my friends not to support them either. Unless Perdeberg comes to terms and pay my money owing to me.
