Stolen cellphone out of my own home

My cell phone was stolen whilst this company delivered a parcel to me at home. Only driver and my son at home, after he sends my son to fetch him water in kitchen, the cell disappears. After numerous emails going forth and back, this is there reply as there is no CCTV footage, "As a company we can only place this on file and see if a similar incident occurs, but unfortunately as employers we cant take any further action against the driver at this stage without evidence" We suggested a lie detector test, their answer "Polygraph tests by law is not accepted in court as evidence and at this point, and if we send the driver for a polygraph test without evidence that he was involved, it is regarded as victimization" Since when?? So customer, we don't accept or even understand your request/allegation, we will keep on sending our staff out to your property unless you have "visual" evidence!! I am told to claim from my insurance a phone of R3000 and pay my excess of R800 and have a increase on my Insurance because of claim!! How easy TO PASS THE BUC****
