Best reliable affordable service
City Sprint provided excellent service. They collected my parcel as planned, delivered it safely on time, and their tracking system worked perfectly. The pricing was also very reasonable. I’m very satisfied and would definitely use them again

Refusing to pay my Claim
My car overheated while driving on N14, I was towed to McCathy. My car is fixed as per service provider. I took the policy to assist me and my policy states that it covers overheating. Hollard Motor Extender instead they tell me that they do not pay for the parts that caused overheating. My car is still with service provider.

Rejecting policy claim
My house ceiling has collapse due to structural shifting and the insurance is refusing to pay. Apparently i was supposed to inspect if the correct nails were used on the ceiling 2002 when i was buying the house from them. Few months ago the same incident happened in the garage and they fixed the ceiling in the garage but now it is different story when this is happening inside the house. Please help me understand how i was supposed to investigate the nails in the ceiling.
