Lack of competence.
My claim was not approved, because the componemts mentioned are not specifically mentioned on the report. My claim falls under steering mechanism. Where it requires a steering lock replacement. I spoke to Micehiel Kritzinger, who escalated to Louif Stander, who escalated to Janine Bosman. I'm a long term serving client of dotsure and their services have significantly reduced. The lack of competence and ability to hear what theur customers are saying.

WORST MOVING COMPANY!!!!
WORST MOVING COMPANY! IF YOU ARE MOVING, DO NOT USE EEZI MOVE!!!!!! The incompetence, the way they do not care for cuctomers This is the worst service I have ever experienced. Firstly, they got the incorrect delivery dates. Secondly, no one answered the phone. The receptionist keeps saying they will call back when she knows no one is on the other side. I asked her to take me to another, its not available, USELESS!!! Worst service, she cannot even transfer me to someone else, if the one cannot answer.

Worst automotive service workshop
Good day, I took my car to Mbahli's Auto Clinic workshop for an annual service, for the first time, after my cars service plan ended. After 3 months of service, my car had serious issues of misfiring. I had a second opinion to diagnosis the car, it was found that the car was serviced with very old parts. I returned the car back to them, as I had a warrantly for theur service. The car went from bad to not starting up. I now have to replace the engine. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE FOR ANYTHING!!! I have taken my car to a more professional automotive service workshop that understand customer value.

Ree-The-Shoealcoholic worst service EVER!!!!
This is by far, the worst service I have EVER received!!!! After 6 months of waiting, I never recieved my shoes and at the end of it, was a loss of money, time and the owner labelled me as an always complaining customer!!! Do not waste you time and money. There are better places.

Medicross Pretoria West: Dental
Today I went wash/clean my teeth at Medicross Pretoria West with Dr JJ Van Devente. I am not happy with the way he cleaned them and he hurt me. My gums are now bleeding! I do not know how many people told me to not go there because their services have deteriorated over last decade.

WORST COURIER SERVICE EVER!
Ref K1586083 Worst courier company in the market place. I have been calling the customer services center and they were of no help at all. I've been waiting for my delivery since yesterday(25/6) and nothing has transpired. If there is anyone from RAMS, can I just collect my parcel from you guys. I simply cannot! Regards Lethabo Sethole

IS Ignite is USELESS! TRUST ME!
IS Ignite is useless! I got myself the router, with 5gb of internet. In the month of March 2019, it simply is not working. I have been talking to support people that do not understand how their own systems work. They are not helpful nor do they give feedback to your issues. Truly a waste of my money and time. I do not recommend them to anybody.

Sorbet Vaal Mall
I used to enjoy going to Sorbet for facials. Since I started going to the Sorbet at Vaal Mall, I'm hating it. Everytime I want to make a booking for a facial, Sorbet Vall Mall are fully booked, they are just impossible. Also, the service is all over the place. I would recommend Placecol Vaal Mall.

Mcdonald Vereenigeng
They always burn the patties, their burgers are always missing a recipe. For instance, lettuce or tomato or the actual sauce that makes the burger. The chips are dry, I felt like I was eating Simba Chips.

Bad customer service
On the 3rd Nov 2017, I was at Absa Bank Vereenigeng, between 10h00~11h00. Its the beginning of the month and the queue was long and only 3 tellers were working at customer service. Moreover, one of the tellers, Innocent, stopped to assisting us and assisted what looked like a friend that was standing outside of the queue. She had left her cubicle for over 20mins.
