Good day Capitec. I am sure you are having a great day, but not the people who entrusted you with their old age grant. I am writing this review after verifying with Sassa that my husband did not have a problem at Sassa, just to be informed all his info at Sassa is just fine, that the problem is at Capitec. Well I just want to tell you, SHAME ON YOU, you still haven't paid old age pensioners that should have been paid in their banks the 2nd of July. The most vulnerable of our society, not even a message of apology to the hundreds and thousands that entrusted you with their Sassa grants. Sis, that's what I think
People who praise this company should really do the research on how the treat their people. My son was recently dismissed by the, CCMA case coming up soon. They never paid him for the last 2 weeks he worked, his year leave pay. Nothing. Deducted Provident fund off him for 18 months, Provident fund has no record of him. This company and others like them needs to be closed down, South Africans deserve better than more theft and *******ion. And reading comments below, the same woman, Cindy, still working there as so called HR manager
The worst company ever, control room is useless. The app is useless, you are driving and the app shows you are parked. Satellite is always the excuse. Get no assistance. Stay away. Staff laughs at you when you are in distress
Do not ever take employment at Mamba security. My son worked there as an operations controller. He resigned for a better work opportunity and worked his notice period. They stole his salary and did not pay him. These companies operate like sweat shops and exploit labour and people. They pay people peanuts for working like dogs
Worst bed ever. Bought a restonic bed set from Bradlows November 2020. Not even 6 months later the mattress completely collapsed. With a huge fight I got hold of Restonic and after many fotos and videos they replaced the bed set. The replaced one did not even last three months, the mattress collapsed, the mattress makes so much noise. For the last three months I have been contacting Bradlows and Restonic, by phone, e mail, and watts up, as we had the agent at restonic cell number. No response, we can see he reads but does not reply. We have not hadva good nights sleep in months. We now saved to buy a sealy mattress, I hope this goes better. Never by a restonic, it is the worst bed ever, and the after sale service is just as bad.
Reliable online store seems to be a scam. I bought a battery charger online on 15 April and paid for it. Got a payment confirmation and shipping tracking number. Eta was 5 May then 10 May. Both dates came and gone. They don't respond to e mails and they don't answer phones. Please be careful, they don't seem legit
And here we go again!!!the worst insurer possible. I have yet to have a pleasant experience with Discovery. It is the worst insurer with the worst service. I submitted a claim for my vehicle's bumper, which is chrome and a genuine Toyota part. I pay 2020 premiums, but when it comes to a claim, they want to use pirate and second hand knock off parts. I had the same experience in 2018. The worst is that the assessors they use, namely Net assess, is just as corrupt as they are. I got an independent quote from Wonderboom Panelbeaters, that use to be on their vendor list, but is no longer, I wonder why? and the amount of damage they said and the amount that Discovery wants to approve differs with more than R10 0000. How is that possible? I can tell you why, because they want to use pirate parts. When I phoned the Assessor by the name of Brett, he assured us that his quote was for genuine Toyota Parts, which I know is not possible, because the bumper cost 80% of the so called approved amount, and there is still panel beating that needs to be done. When I queried this with Discovery, a lady called Masechaba Mahole, I got a mail instantly to tell me I am going to be paid out their approved amount, without my approval. They want to suddenly pay me out because they know they cannot do the repairs for their approved amount. Stay away from Discovery and Net assess, because they do not care about their customers, they just want to rip you off with pirate parts. They are more interested in using your money for all their TV adds and fancy multi million rand office building.
Please do not eat at the Wimpy on the R21 Eastbound to ORT. I stopped there on Sunday the 17th for a breakfast. |My husband orders the Best of Both, and guess what, gets served rotten meat that made him throw up, and he was sick the whole day. Managements response, sorry.........., that is it. No quality control, no health control, it is really a nasty and unexpected experience from such a big franchise. Do you want to tell me you cannot smell and see rotten meat when you fry it? Will never support them in my life again
And here I am again at a battle with Discovery. By far the worse insurer when it comes to customer service. So I submitted a claim for a cell phone that was stolen on the 7th of November. It is today the 19th of November, my claim is still not settled. Here is the reason, because I refuse to pay the access before the item is delivered. That is right, Discovery is keeping me hostage. They expect me to pay the excess before they finalize my claim. They expect me to pay for an item I have not received. They do not want COD, which one would expect as soon as you receive the said item. no, the want payment upfront. who pays for something they do not have? This is the most annoying insurer, as they are quick to take your money, just do not claim. I have never claimed from discovery without a fight. Not a pleasant experience. Then you deal with a claims consultant by the name of Nompumelelo Siningwa, that expect you to be greatfull that she is doing her job. "Wll you know what, you are not. Please people, think twice before you take Discovery as your insurer
I would like to warn everyone not to buy a second hand vehicle at Weskaap Motors in Vredenburg Western Cape. The salesman lies and bring you under a false impression. I bought a second hand mini cooper S from them, the first thing we asked for is where is the spare tyre? the salesman then told us the vehicle does not come with a spare wheel as it has run flat tyres on, as specified by the manufacturer. we drove the vehicle all the way back to Pretoria, 1700 km, with the impression that the vehicle has run flat tyres on. I took the vehicle for an inspection on Monday at Supa Quick Montana Pretoria, only to be told that the vehicle does not have run flat tyres on. We contacted the dealership, the admitted themselves that this is not right, just to get a sms this morning that we bought the vehicle voetstoots. Nice way of trying to get yourself off the hook and lying to consumers to get a vehicle sold. I would have understand if we were told beforehand that the vehicle has no run flats on, but we were assured by the sales person, that it has indeed run flats on. Just another "skelm" dealership
