Taking deposit and no delivery

CR8 Designz and or CR8 Carpentry undertook to manufacture 3 fireplace surrounds. Mr Igsaan Dalwai AND Mrs Aziza Dalwai, CR8 Carpentry (CR8 Designz)11 First Avenue, Belgravia Estate Athlone, 7764, (EMAIL: ********** mobile ********** 950) required a 50% deposit and undertook to deliver and install the said fireplaces between 8-10 days from payment. Nearly two months have passed and no delivery and refusal to enter dialogues to resolve or refund. Now we must follow the court route. BIG WARNING TO THESE TAKERS.
