USELESS - Cape Town Tour
You will be charmed by the fabulous Cape Town tour advertised on Trip Advisor and Viator where you are promised to be collected and returned from/to your hotel. Once booked and paid you will be referred to a "processor" followme2africa on ZA+27 ********** 00, but ultimately your tour is run by Ilios Travel. Once you are in this foreign city you will be told your all inclusive tour EXCLUDES COLLECTION and you will need to make your own way from and to your hotel (DESPITE THIS INCLUSION HAVING BEEN THE REASON YOU CHOSE THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!) Instead of enjoying what should be the blissful 1st day of your much anticipated holiday, you instead spend this time being sent from pillar to post, all these additional companies you had no knowledge of - all of whom are passing the buck- and are told that for only the equivalent price of an additional person attending the tour, they are willing to arrange collection and drop off. They also manage to squeeze in there that failing to attend results in a 100% no refunds policy. These companies are assholes, liars and thieves!!! DO NOT USE THEM
