Kerri Sam is the best Sales Executive in BMW RSA. Of all the vehicles I have bought with the so-called german-brands... never have I ever had such a stunning experience. The journey was exceptional! She rocks! If you must buy a car, ask Kerri to sell you one! What a WOW!

Kaelo Gap Cover - Bad Service
Sanlam Kaelo gap cover reps are so unprofessional. I registered a claim in Oct 2020. Today I get an SMS (for the 10th time) that there are outstanding docs. To my surprise my claim has been rejected. No rejection letter or feedback. Isaac Mpanza (consultant) asked me to escalate the matter. I asked him a simple question, what does your gap cover. The level of unprofessionalism was disgusting, he wanted to tell me what he wanted. Ignored my questions to the point where he cut the call. I still need to know, do you only cover co-payments for hospitalization?
