No delivery of items and zero return on communications

Purchased two pairs of tights on line in May 2017, after a follow up after stipulated delivery date, the excuses started. I was prepared to be patient and waited a little longer. I contacted them again and got more excuses then no response. Now if you mail the messages bounce back and there is no way to make contact with company anymore. After assuring me in their original communication that they were not a scam, turns out that is exactly what they are.
