Thank you to EVERYONE!!
Since I posted my positive review about Tracy, I have received several emails regarding this and I just want to thank everyone who has had such positive things to say about her. I also received some input: 1: From Jenny Leers who tells me she knows Sonika Viljoen and what transpired when she lived with Tracy. Sonika is an alcoholic given to fits of rage and on a partuclar drunken evening spilled a bottle of red wine all over Tracy's lounge suite which was just one week old!! And then she couldn't understand why her deposit was not refunded??? 2: Carmen - shame on you - you know exactly why you didnt get your deposit back, I was there. You gave no notice period, arrived home one afternoon and moved out that same evening because you wanted to go back to Durban when your boyfriend dumped you! Come on ladies and gentlemen, if you want to write nasty things, expect YOUR truth to emerge. Or at the very least, the truth behind your lies.

Fantastic Company Fantastic People
I have read all the nasty little personal attacks against Tracy and Penny Place and I think it is disgusting that bitter people would use social media to destroy someone. I found Tracy and her excellent team all wonderful and kind and always ready to go the extra mile when renovating my home. I also happen to know for a fact that Anil Naran is a liar. He bought shares for R80 000, tried to get Tracy to employ his wife and his brother-in-law and when she wouldn't, he demanded his money back. Not only did she buy back the shares but she generously also added his profits and paid double his money - R160 000. Anil is a snake. And to write bad things AFTER he got such a huge sum is just evil. As to the "tenants" - shame on all of you!!! Always bad apples in every cart. After successfully renting out for 8 years, these people are but two or three with "stories". Shame on all of you!! I love Tracy and her team, and whilst this might be none of my business, I had to say something.
