Broken promises and eventually no response at all. Stay away from these charlatans
This is the second review i am posting, as a result of this company's failure to do the quoted work, and failure to refund the deposit already paid, despite their agreement to do so. i have spoken to both Rebecca, and Willem de Beer, who have both said the deposit would be paid back. But no payment has been made.
What terrible service! After calling them out for an emergency, i received am astronomical quotation to repair DB, which i had to pay 1/2 up front, and once i paid they promptly left - never to return. After many telephone calls they promised a refund, but have not paid. We dealt with Willem de Beer.
Flight delay from Barcelona to Frankfurt on 1 October caused us to miss connecting flight to Cape Town. We emailed Lufthansa the details on 4 October, and received no response until I followed it up with a phone call to their UK tel number , as local one could not assist, and was then told telephonically that claim for compensation had been rejected due to fact that initial delay was not lufthansa’s Fault. We also have a claim for the cost of an upgrade that , although paid for, was not given to us. This claim is , according to Lufthansa UK, still under consideration.We are still waiting for this refund.
