HelloPeter, are you going to shut this lot down, or what?
So, HelloPeter, who it going to go the the POPIA regulator and shut this operation down?? They have called me many times and do not remove people from their database when requested. The don't call from their number in Cape Town 021-180-4554. For the record, I was called by Stephanie de Beer who put the phone down me when asked for details of her supervisor, since "she has a lot of other clients to call".

Excellent service from Nico and his team. I will be using them for other more insurance products in future. for other family members and recommend them to friends. They have so far handled 2 claims for me on my vehicle and both were paid, done and dusted!

Sneaky way to milk clients by enforcing fine print
I paid my account fully in Aug 2017. It shows like that on the statement too. Then, 7 days later, they added R4.00 CP INSURANCE and R3.69 interest. Then each month after that they started added monthly insurance of R68.40 (which they did not add in September??) plus interest and CP Insurance again. I emailed them, they ignore it. I phoned them and imeediately started quoting the fineprint in the pre-agreement. I got it right away. They get so many calls about this, that they actually have a script for it. I asked them to explain to me why the balance of my account (R375.42 and in the line below that the payment of R375.42) would not be zero and he said I should have phoned to settle the account. However, there no indicaction of this requirement on their statement. So for R3.69 interest they claim I should have paid, they have now piled on more than R150 charges and will continue doing to every month. I really don't have time for these crooks! I was an utter fool to ever open an account with them at the time and will never do so again. I'd be totally surprised if they ever responded here or a more senior managers calls me back. I'll wait and see. Until then, they are to me the pits of the South African finance robbers.
