My son studied at the Academy for two years 2 ********** (N5 and N6) having attained an NC(V) L4 Certificate at Central Johannesburg College in 2015. The result of his studies at the Engineering Academy, Sandton, proved to be on par with a university degree. At the end of November 2016 he was offered a two-year internship with an international construction company. He will complete his first year as student engineer at the end of 2017. What he has learned at the Engineering Academy he stood him in good stead, having today been promoted to SITE ENGINEER with effect from 1 January 2018 (in which year he should be completing his internship as a student engineer).
