I purchased an electronic pet fence from AVG PET on the 31st of October. I finally received the parcel on the 16th of November after many many MANY emails directly and via their website. There is no contact number listed on their website and they are also not listed in the Telkom directory. The order was incomplete and I cannot install it. I have tried the number on the courier slip, to date it remains unavailable (always goes to voicemail). I have also e-mailed them and have received no response to date.
