When will it arrive?? Possible scam????

I purchased a 2x soccer kit from the company above as early as June and still no arrival. After months of waiting my kit is apparently in production with a local company which I now received another quote almost double to what I paid on the first place??? I asked for a refund on several occasions but they assured me they wanted to live up to " service delivery" and could not refund me? Now after producing my good I must pay double? No thank you. This is a warning to soccer academies and schools that are currently negotiating business with this company.
