Guaranteed Electrical- Guaranteed Dodge Workmanship

This is for the South African company based in Pretoria. They do not have a physical address so you cannot write a google review which makes sense... after the service I received. I initially called them out for an earth leakage trip on my DB board... I suspected a plug on the wrong circuit. When they came they moved wire around on a set of switches which made them cross and honestly act like they were in a cartoon... after a day my inverter kept tripping and I heard popping from the outside plug I suspected was faulty... I called them back and they just placed a bigger breaker on my inverter, to stop it from tripping... I was concerned about this but was told, he knows what he is doing... well... the popping continued and we had a power outage the next day which drained the inverter 3 times as quickly as normal... I tried to call them to come back but they wouldnt take my calls... my friend eventually managed to get through and an unprofessional screaming match took place... I then googled the company and to see if they where registered with the electrical board... and I couldnt find them... or the electrician who worked at my house... I had 2 electricians come out to fix his mess... both confirmed what was done was not only stupid but a huge fire risk... I highly recommend checking registration with the electrical board in the future... and googling the electricians names...
