I have taken a new account with priceless and made arrangement that they must debit from my account this month spoke to two agents and they said YES it will debit on the 26/11/2017 now I receive an sms that they did not debit. I call them first the agent told me they are offline, called second time and same agent says YES they did not debit but she does not know why I must check with my bank how do I check with my bank if the is enough funds in my account, But anyway I checked with my bank if the was an issue my bank advise me that they never even attempted a debit on the day cause the is enough funds and the is no error on my banks side. This will put a bad credit record on my name because of the incompetence from PRICELESS. I AM SOOO IRRITATED AND AGRY WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.
