Licence not renew
This company bought trucks from us during 2016 and 2017. They promised to dealership stock them when in Krugersdorp . We trusted them and in September one of our trucks (that we bought from them) was due for yearly license renewal. The traffic department told me that my account is blocked due to an outstanding license. They gave me a document and I noticed it was the truck that was sold to Truck and Plant Connection After many arguments and phone calls they eventually paid the amount of R10186.00 into my account so that the traffic department could release my account and I could renew my outstanding license. Two weeks ago , we wanted to renew other licenses, and AGAIN I was blocked at the Traffic Department, this time for a whopping R14 119.00. The exact same company did not dealership stock the other trucks as well!!!! I Again I sent an email to them, including the traffic department’s documents that show the license from the truck they bought is not paid. Dean said he would email me all the necessary documents to show that the truck was again sold to a third party . Until today I have not received a single email from them to confirm the license renewal. Again I called him and his response were "Do what you want to do .”’The amount of R14 119.00 is for this company’s account, not mine. I am still waiting for Jacques to call me!!!

Two weeks ago same story again. I again sent an email to Truck and Plant including the traffic departments document that show the licence from the truck they bought is not paid. Dean said he would email me all the necessary documents to show that the truck was again sold to a third party . Untill today I have not receive a single email from them to confirm the licence renewal. Again I call him and his response were "Do what you want to do"The amount I had to pay this time was R14119.00 . This is not for my account!
