Dits absolutely disgusting how tenants are being penalized, how can a tenant be held responsible for water damage, for not cleaning the keys and door handles. The tenants are always the one that looses. What happened to "normal wear and tear"???
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I dont know how this firm is still operating, they are so rude and pathetic and I doubt they even know what they are doing!
We have been waiting 2 MONTHS for Alfa Trio to repair the vehicle after I was in a car accident. It's absolutely pathetic that we don't have a motor vehicle for 2 months, and everytime I follow up, it's just a different excuse. The latest excuse is that the turbo broke... how does that happen when there was nothing wrong with the vehicle, and now it broke. Absolutely disgusting. Do not use them!!!!!
I cannot believe a big financial institution like Nedbank takes pride in their work. I have to BEG or threaten them with the Ombudsman before getting any results. I do deceased estates, and every single one where the deceased had a Nedbank account or investment it's the same issues. I am totally at a loss on how to get my certificates of balances out of them.... please tell me how I can do this?

This company doesn't even deserve one star. They are the most pathetic service provider ever. And this is not the first time I have dealt with them. We try and be patient and understand, but they push you to the brink of losing your patience. When you ask to speak with a manager or team leader your call is disconnected. How does a company like this manage anyone's portfolios?
I am soooo disgusted with ABSA bank Clearwater. First the place looks like a dump with pipes coming out of the roof. Secondly no one tells you in what que you should stand, so one stand in a que for half an hour then the manager Sallama ****son informs you very rudely that you are in the wrong que please move! I will never ever bank with ABSA again!!!!
